SHIPPING POLICY

 

Devereux's shipping policies are as follows:

 

SHIPPING TIMELINES- All orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major and national holidays.  Orders placed before 12pm Central time Monday through Friday typically ship out the same day. Orders placed over the weekend are processed and shipped the following business day. Estimated delivery dates are subject to delays during the Holiday Season and are not guaranteed to arrive by a specific date.

 

BLACK FRIDAY/CYBER MONDAY - 

At Devereux Golf, we pride ourselves on fast, reliable shipping all year long. During the holiday season, order volume increases significantly, and our team of ten creatives and golfers works around the clock to get your gear out the door as quickly as possible.

Please allow a little extra time for us to carefully pack and ship your order during Black Friday and Cyber Monday. We want every package to arrive correctly, safely, and with the quality you expect from us.

EXPEDITED SHIPMENTS- Expedited shipments are not eligible for weekend delivery. Expedited orders received later in the week are not guaranteed to arrive until early the following week. 

 

SHIPPING RATES- U.S. shipping rates are determined by our shipment providers (USPS and UPS) and are subject to change based on their set costs. 

 

REFUSAL OF DELIVERY- If you refuse delivery of any order you placed it will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid but will incur a restocking fee.

 

When free U.S. shipping is periodically offered on orders, it applies to USPS ground shipping only and does not guarantee expedited delivery - especially during the Holiday Season. If you are needing an expedited delivery guarantee, we would recommend an expedited shipping service for an additional fee.  
 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

 

At this time we are testing international shipping to select locations: Canada, United Kingdom, South Korea, Australia, and New Zealand.

Note that all international orders are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.
